Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your interest in Case by Kase Collections. We are grateful for your support of our small handmade business. All jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind and fabricated completely by hand in our Dayton, Ohio, area studio. All altar items are curated by hand and with intention.
Using the innovative art and science of electroforming, we are able to create unique statement and artful pieces that bring with them the magic, energy, and curiosity of the natural world. Please take a look below for more information about our shop policies.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States, and also include limited shipping across the world. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise noted). All items are carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping cost for each order within the US is a flat rate of $6. Worldwide shipping costs may vary. Please allow 7-10 days for arrival, although products generally arrive sooner. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email receipt. When we’ve shipped your item, you will receive another email notifying you that it has been shipped. Please note: We do not refund for lost or stolen packages. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We’d be happy to expedite the process, if possible, and this may include additional shipping charges. Just send a quick note to casebykasecollections@gmail.com and we’ll work with you.
Local Pickup
If you live within the Dayton, Ohio area and wish to save on shipping costs, you are more than welcome to select the “local pickup” option at checkout. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages should you choose to utilize this option.
Returns
We accept exchanges/store credit for items purchased within 21 days from casebykasecollections.com. We cannot accept returns at this time. Items exchanged must be in a new condition with tags in place. Shipping charges will apply.
Repairs
We will repair items purchased through casebykasecollections.com if the item was purchased within 60 days and is broken due to craftsmanship. If the item was broken due to no fault of Case by Kase Collections craftsmanship or materials – the item is subject to a repair fee. Case by Kase Collections is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. For any questions or to inquire about a repair, please email us at casebykasecollections@gmail.com.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection.
Custom Orders
We welcome your ideas, and are happy to take on custom orders. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with your ideas and we’ll talk about making it happen!
Pricing
Prices are subject to change due to a variety of factors. Please note that coupon codes are only valid during the dates as stated in the offer and we are unable to make any price adjustments. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you purchase an item that goes on sale at a later date, we are not able to honor the lower price. All online sales include 8.25% Ohio State Sales Tax.
